I responded to her request, by telling her how to file a claim, and if that claim was declined, I would NEED A PHOTO OF BROKEN ITEM- then I would refund.
When she asked for a refund, she had NOT SOWN me a photo. Just demaned a refund ( 50%) of purchase. She never responded. til now.
