I am forced to contact thru this purchase because there's no way to contact ebay. Regarding order # 02-11722-09669. Return request was closed because I disputed charge to my credit card, I disputed it because it was charged n seller hasn't shipped n ignored my messages. Despite numerous instructions to not ship it, he shipped it anyway n it's arriving today, I can't get a return label to send it back because ebay closed the return, can you please instrut someone to reopen so I can send it back?
