Seller sent a used ink cartridge, cartridge package was open, the seal tape over the electrical contact was gone, tried to install, got error message. This seller is selling used, spent cartridges saying they are new, has “no returns” total rip-off

you can see in the picture, that this item was new and sealed. I tried emailing the buyer but did not get a response. maybe his printer is defective? If i list something is new, then it is new. I'm not ripping anyone off. please check out my other 1000s of positive feedback. You can't please everyone.
