I bought these slippers as a little treat for my granddaughter, when she opened them she was shrieking with delight, unfortunately when she tried them on the UGG lettering was falling off which was hugely disappointing, it is also a shame that delivery companies are letting sellers down, the slippers were delivered today exactly a week after the estimated delivery date and 10 days after the seller dispatched them.
