Der Heizkörper hatte keinerlei Polsterung bei der Verpackung, wie es andere Verkäufer normalerweise tun. Die sichtbaren Mängel die der Heizkörper jetzt hat, sind erheblich. Normalerweise müßte man wenigstens die Hälfte des Preises zurückbekommen, denn dieser Heizkörper ist definitiv keine B-Ware mehr sondern höchstens C-Ware!

The supplier sent the wrong item in the correct box, causing me to lose a business deal and putting me in big trouble. They couldn't explain the mix-up and said they no longer had the correct item. I was only refunded the product price, with no reimbursement for the DHL shipping. To make it worse, they suggested I resell the wrong product to cover my expenses. Very disappointing
