2 reasons for your complaint. 1..Not enough air volume. This can be due to the air hose size and or the length you are using. 2..If you are using restrictive small air fittings. Since you never contacted me for help I never thought to care enough to reach out to you. I typically find buyer complaints like this to come from people who don't read the user manual and ignore the air volume and pressure requirements for the tool. 550 foot pounds torque is what the tool generates for $120 delivered.
