Contacted seller who responded the next day and stated that photos were taken before being packaged confirming the piece was intact. As it turns out, I did find the missing piece on our kitchen island when cleaning it off. It must have become dislodged during shipping or while I unpacked it. My sincere apologies to the seller. Did appreciate the sellers response.
