This compilation of original contemporary Celtic music pays appropriate homage to the traditional roots and styles that have influenced the band members over the years . The individual tracks again showcase the songwriting quality of this Ohio based foursome .Historically accurate ballads of the Irish struggle for independance and the Irish American involvement in the American Civil War, are blended seamlessly with fresh new tongue-in-cheek pub tunes and wistful songs of lost love and compromised dreams . Also included are a couple energetic original instrumental sets featuring the the Irish whistles, Scottish Small Pipes and traditional Highland Pipes that are a intergal part of the unique Dulahan sound .
