My item arrived intact, not damaged from the U.K. to the U.S. , but I didn't like the packaging used for my item. There's so many ways my Blu-ray movie could have gotten damaged on the long trek across the sea, I just lucked out. It was stuck in a very thin cardboard envelope with no padding whatsoever. I probably won't order from this buyer again knowing this is how they ship movies. But for this transaction, I gave a positive with reservation.
