Ten days later, seller wrote
“items did not pass customs inspection, so return back”
And
“We can help you cancel your order and give you a full refund”
I am disappointed, but they wrote “sorry”, so I guess that makes it alright then.
i did get my money back.
Why does a cancellation like this have to be categorised “buyer asked for cancellation”!?!
