- c***s (49)- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchaseThis item was described as "new" but was shipped on it's side and without proper package padding damaging the unit and spilling out the oil. This necessitated bending the base plate back so that it would mount, purchasing new POE oil, draining the remaining oil, refilling and allowing the unit to remain upright for 48 hours delaying installation and adding cost. A message was sent to the seller before this review, but no response was received. Poor attention to shipping and poor communication.
