The item is exactly as it was decribed & pictured in the listing - including the rubber siilencers & also a little bit of rust, which was easily removed using anti-corrosion spray and light sandpaper. So I'd call its state an almost-mint one. BTW I used black enamel spray-paint to cover the de-rusted areas, after 5 minutes of work it looked brand new again.
Shipping was instant and the package took some 2 weeks to arrive from US to the EU - perfectly fine with me.
