They originally told me I should get it within 3 days. Waited all day at home because it says it should be delivered that day. Found out package was sent via fedex ground economy that takes 4-7 “BUSINESS” days. Not just normal days. So if you order on weekends, good luck waiting 2-4 more days on top of business days

The delivery service clearly dropped the box at least once if not several times, got some sort of green goo on it, etc. Having never had a robot cleaner, I couldn’t know if it was still working correctly. And I worried that the delivery service banging it up would make it break soon. The seller gave me a partial refund, even though they had not caused the problem! Wow!
