All I did was remove it from plastic bag & the necklace came apart without even trying it on. The PHOTOS show how loose it is & also the disparity in girths of the 2 pieces,proving it never fit. It was irresponsible of her not to have checked it before shipping. Stated she would NOT accept a return & that I needed to buy fabric glue & repair it myself. No adjustment. eBay had to intervene.
