The item came in new in box. Very nice watch. I didn't anticipate the watch face to be so dark or the hands to be as dark as they are. In a bright room it's easy to see but in lower light it's not as bright. The digital display is tiny too. I have never seen the watch in person. As an older adult, it's hard to see the display and dial and hands as is the case in most watches.
