This seller was a total JOKE. Ordered on 5/4, never shipped even thou she said it did, finally received on 5/20......two weeks to get a package. Bag smelled so bad of some kind of chemical, reached out no response after multiple attempts she said it must of been the conditioner she used. Asked what kind .....no response over and over. Finally reached out to ebay she still no t refund she moved and ebay was wrong. Ebay refunded me this morning finally after a month and 3 days.........geeezzzz
