I spoke exhanged emails with the seller. I ordered three necklaces. Two were supposed to be 20 inch and 1 was supposed to be 18 inch. I see on they are awaiting shipment and two of them are listed at 16 inch which won't fit so these will go in the Good will bag. The communication seems good until you realize they just didn't understand what you asked for at all. I typed each name in Arabic, put the color of metal next to it, and then the length....And then confirmed.
