Clown show packaging. Who sends a ceramic sink cross country in a cardboard box with no foam or packaging, in the original box you would get off the shelf from a pallet at the warehouse?! Of course it's going to arrived destroyed after being handled by the likes of USPS/FedEx/UPS/DHL.

Buyer was refunded. We can't control how parcel carriers handle the goods. The box was thrown around damaging the product. Buyer is never happy, see his other feedback left for others, always angry about something.
