One the one had he gives himself credit to say he can be flexible and helpful about sizing and states he often does it free of charge but he does not. Also he did not authenticate the ring. I was also given an unattractive old ring box which was shoddily wrapped. He made no attempt to make it special. Apart from that the ring is a beauty although for my own pace of mind I will have to get it tested and sized at my own cost. I won’t be buying again.
