Seller is excellent. So no review is about product. The product is not a soft start because it does not have a delay between PTC resistor and relay kick in . I did reverse analysis of the circuit as it did not function and realised that relay turns on immediately bypassing PTC without delay. Seller is fabulous and please buy from him. This product design is flawed for which seller is not responsible.
