Seller REFUSED to honor the contract. I won the bid fair and square! This seller says they are NOT going to ship because they would LOSE money. Seller claims he is new and didn't know! Seller should be banned from EBay. We all AGREE to the terms,These type of people are scammers, do NOT buy/SELL with this person! Disgusting, simply DISGUSTING! Oh yeah and by the way, the seller accused me of "flipping," his note. NOPE! It was for my Seven Year Old son & his small coin and currency collection.
