Not taken to post office till 10 days after payment received. No communication from seller until I contacted them asking why dress was not posted til the 8rh January when payment has been received on the 28th December and a postage label had been created through EBay for the dress. When I contacted them seller indicated were on holidays (shop was not put into holiday mode). Seller should have contacted me within a timely fashion informing me of this as I would have asked to cancel the purchase.
