It will work as a normal three wire servo while the 4th can provide analog feedback if desired. The rotation range is zero to 270 degrees but to get it working with Arduino, continue to use the normal range of zero to 180 degrees. That will give you the full range of movement the servo is capable of. So basically plug & play with existing Arduino code for 180 degrees servos.
