I reached out to the seller and they took days in between responding to have me send a picture and simply ask me if I have it plugged in. After days of no response they then asked me if I could ship it back to them them fix it and send it back. I sent the item back and they had the item for over 3 days without issuing me a refund until I had to file a claim with eBay to get my money back.
