Item was unfortunately defective. The voice control was not working. Returning for a refund. Seller responded quickly confirmed the voice should be working and offered a replacement, but I decided to continue with the return request due to it being defective. I don’t blame the seller as these things happen and can sometimes be out of their control. Hence the positive feedback.
