Habe 12 Tuben bestellt. Kamen leider nur 11 Tuben an.Trotz mehrmaliges Erbittens die fehlende Tube nachzusenden, hat man mir lediglich das Geld für 1 Tube erstattet. Der Verkäufer meinte eine Nachsendung sei nicht möglich.Ich glaube eher, daß es nicht lukrativ ist eine Tube ohne Verdandkosten zu schicken. Sehr enttäuschend. Man muss sich darauf verlassen, daß der Verkäufer bei der Erstsendung die bestellte Anzahl richtig zählen und abschicken kann.
