    First half of the transaction was positive. The seller shipped the item quickly and it arrived well packaged. Unfortunately, I soon discovered the sound quality in the left ear bud was much poorer than the right. So much so, I ended up having to purchase a replacement bud which costed me extra $. This should’ve been at least included in the description.
