I opened the package, plugged-in the flash drive, went to the website the 3" x 3" card in the box, entered the software key, software began installing the app. It took way longer than I expected (15-20-25) minutes, finally a few prompts, a few acknowledgements, and it said "you are all set". I hit the "Windows" key and poof...Visio. Perfect.
