The tuning machines are about what I expected for the price, adequate but not really smooth. The neck was sold as a Tele type neck, but it is about 1/16" wider than the slot I've already cut using my Tele neck slot template. Widening the slot will not be a huge chore, but one I wasn't anticipating. In order to center it I'll have to route 1/32" from each side of the slot.
