It arrived promptly and although it was well-packed there was a crack in the water tank. I notified seller. She quickly responded, apologized and sent a new water tank by express mail (no charge to me.) New tank arrived quickly. Machine works great. Essentially a new machine. Seller provided pics that showed a few scratches, but they don't show. And the discount offered was substantial. Couldn't be happier.
