The rails themselves look to be in good shape, no worse than any other cheap HGR rail's I've bought (very firm, inspires confidence).
However, I did have a really good experience regarding shipping and customer service. UPS pulled a fast one and lost the first package for a ridiculous period of time, and the seller was very responsive, sending out a replacement promptly.
