Packaging could have been better. When I opened the box, the left front tire was loose and rattling around in the box. It gave me quite a scare considering the fact that it came all the way from the UK. I was wondering what kind of headache I might have trying to send it back and getting a refund. However, I was able to reinstall the front wheel along with the pin that holds it together and now everything seems to be fine. I think I might have saved us both a royal pain in the rear end.
