- r***k (1418)- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchaseSeller sent me an entirely different model than what I purchased. Auction was for a Winix 5500-2 and he shipped me a Winix 5510. I paid $281.99 for this unit and he had Amazon ship a 5510, which at the time, was approximately $180, so it appears that he planned on making ~ $100 on me. He first attempted to get me to accept it as the replacement model for the 5500-2. Only when I noted that the unit he sent was $100 less did he agree to a refund. Worst eBay experience in my 25+ years!

The item was listed as free shipping on the east. I'm as far east in my location as possible. However, instead of reaching out and asking me if I would be will to cover some of the shipping cost (because I know a fire pit is heavy) he refunded me and them double the price of the item so he could still say free shipping.
