Don't waste your time with this seller like I did. I purchased a scanner listed as brand new. Upon receiving it, it was clearly used and has many scuffs and scratches. I tried to work with the seller to remediate the situation but he is obviously not willing to do anything about it. He continues to give me the runaround and make false promises, i.e. saying he shipped me another new scanner (he did not), or will provide partial refund for his mistake (also did not). Very disappointing.
