I’m extremely frustrated as this was a lot of money. Horrible customer experience. I’m very unsatisfied. Any response would do.Reply from: kittyatwork- Feedback replied by seller kittyatwork.- Feedback replied by seller kittyatwork.I responded back to the buyer's messages within reasonable time period. It seems they did not see some of the responses. The shipping might take roughly 2 weeks if there are multiple public holidays aside from weekends as we ship items in 5 business days. Also, the payment date is not always the date we can confirm the order at our side. The delivery date range should have been visible for the entire time.

The cam. itslf was as dscribd, no blmishes nbth the sptting, main lens, n the screen were in prfect cndition. Didn't hve 2 pay the J -- USTarriff (lucky? or was it shpd von US) as i was wrrid bout how much. But it didnt come w a manual, which wld b a bit expnsve on-line. As my Panasonic cmra, i don't like bttons on the bck rght side as i alwys inadvertently prss it n get scrwd up w the sttng. Great Buy

The tracking record indicates the parcel was delivered on 14th of July and the order was placed on 2nd of July. Strangely, the buyer didn't wish to return the camera although they stated the camera was broken because they alleged the cap wasn't right one. We responded to their messages within a day or so. The buyers' comments above are completely inaccurate.
