The measured RF output level was minus 1.8 dBm, disappointing but I could make that up with an amplifier, an additional cost foe me. The Phase Noise is unacceptable and will only get worse after being multiplied. If low phase noise is needed, I'd say save your money. The seller said to return it for refund but at the cost of returning it, my time and my gasoline it's hardly worth it. Lesson learned.
