      I originally purchased a pair of handgrips that I incorrectly thought had removable end caps, in order to fit bar end mirrors. After realising they were not the correct type, I requested a refund, to which I received a very quick response, and the offer of an alternative, which I accepted. Super quick delivery of the correct grips, which are straight on the bike. The customer service is absolutely first class, and I wouldn't hesitate to give my custom again.
