I'm VERY confused why you'd leave neutral feedback when the dress looks like the photos. It's supposed to look like the photos. You paid on April 27th and received on May 1st, so the shipping time was fast. You paid $8.55 for shipping and the label cost me $11.97, so shipping was low. I accepted your offer of 25% off. I don't know what more I could have done to make this transaction a positive experience for you. You never even contacted me prior to leaving neutral feedback. Just wow.
