    Seller packaged the item poorly and it was destroyed in shipping. Seller refused to issue refund and said it was my job to file a claim (it's the seller's responsibility). I pointed them to eBay's policy but they never responded. eBay staff had to force a refund. Seller still never communicated. Very unprofessional behavior.
