    Didn't end up recieving the item as the seller decided she didn't want to make it for a teddy bear which I wanted it for & had paid however the seller ended up refunding me.

    I agreed to knit a special order jumper for a teddy bear. After an exchange of around 28 messages, customer had given me so many conflicting messages of what she wanted, and also conflicting measurements for her teddy bear, I was still unsure what size to knit the jumper. If I had knitted it, and it didn't fit, customer would have been disappointed. I immediately returned her payment with explanation. She said she understood.
