    Received product in a timely fashion. There were no instructions, just a memory chip wrapped in foam. The internet contains all knowledge, and I was able to disassemble the unit, identify and replace the chip, and reassemble. The boot loop problem was resolved, and everything seems to work, except my unit no longer has any “maps”. Gone. GPS knows where I am, latitude and longitude, but nothing else. I have not been able to contact the seller to resolve the issue.
