The chip was packaged very well it was shipped fairly quickly and arrived in my country with an extremely reasonable amount of time. The seller has been extremely gracious with a mistake I made, it has been an excellent pleasure to deal with they are very communicative and overall someone I would buy from again if I need to. Excellent packaging and excellent assembly description. Unfortunately I have not yet verified the functioning as I am waiting for the arrival of an air soldering iron from another supplier. Very serious and honest seller. Negative note: the price is quite expensive. I think $20 could have been a reasonable price. When I have mounted the EPROMs in the MOBO I will let you know.
