I understand the seller can't control the post office but they haven't done anything to help. If they were interested in taking care of the customer, they should've shipped a replacement item with 1-2 day shipping and provided me a label for the items that still aren't here, 3 weeks later. I don't recommend doing business with this seller. Save yourself some grief and order from someone else.
