      I placed an order with PinMart on October 5, 2024 and received an email advising the package was estimated to arrive between 10/09-12/2024. It is 12/8/2024 and I still have not received it. FedEx indicates it's still in transit - after 2 months! I have tried contacting PinMart twice and have not received any response. I'm hoping this negative review will get their attention because trying to resolve this through regular customer service is not working.
