    Item arrived on time and very well packaged. However there is clear damage to the handle not visible or noted in description. Attempted to resolve this with buyer but they refused to acknowledge the damage.

    Having attempted to help the buyer, who claimed to have made contact outside of eBay by email, a refund was made. The item was received back with a letter inside saying they had wanted a partial refund. eBay stepped and helped. A most challenging eBay experience with a difficult buyer but thank you to eBay for resolving matters.
