My only complaint is that the nut is way high which means that they will need to be filed down. If you are not a luthier you will need to see one to fix this. I am assuming it just comes this way from the factory.

The sealed box was shipped in a larger box with brown packing paper for padding. Totally fine and suitable for when shipping a sealed boxed item. Would have liked to seen an express international shipping option available , but know that this is generally much more expensive
