      Purchased a remote from this seller and was given an ETA for delivery. As it got closer to the ETA time, I noticed this seller had still not sent the product out. Tried reaching out to the seller about the issue and never even got a response back from them. This is the WORST experience I have EVER had with ANY of my Ebay purchases. Beyond ridiculous that I waited a whole month for a product that was NEVER even ever shipped out!!
