    Been using Red Pocket a few years now. At first Support was poor but now that is fixed, and there is no drawback I can think of anymore. Of interest, both of the phones I've used are 'not supported' by AT&T but work just fine on their network using RPM.

    I needed a CDMA SIM instead of the GSMA SIM I initially got from my Red Pocket account with a new paid plan. The GSMA SIM didn't work with my 10th generation iPad, but the CDMA and the GSMT SIM card do work.

    I bought this SIM kit because it turned out that the plan I had signed up for was on a network my cell phone was not compatible with (they have a compatibility checker, but I hadn't used it). The SIM kit was packaged fine, and shipped quickly enough. Most importantly, it worked, and the customer service was excellent. Changing to the new SIM happened quickly, and the leftover time for the plan I had bought was switched over to the comparable plan on the new cell network. Great company!
