    Terrible customer service. Never could contact the same person twice. The latch was junk that wouldn't fit and came with screws that won't work. Ended up piecing a latch from junkyard parts together and then 1/4" blind rivets to put my glove box door together. Am Auto parts used to be a decent vendor for stuff...not any longer. They tried blaming the product issue on me, and wouldn't come up with a solution, nor a straight answer. Absolutely terrible. Avoid this vendor if you value your money
