This buyer could not provide the correct engine information to us after repeated requests. They finally sent the serial number after the item had shipped but that is our bad customer service. Some buyers are just not reasonable and cannot be pleased. 25 years doing this on ebay and buyers like this never cease to amaze us with their entitlement and bad behavior. It's sad and unfortunate that helping a customer is seen as bad customer service. This is where we are as a marketplace.
